Erin Sander, ASID

Owner + Designer

Erin studied Interior Design at Baylor University with an added minor in Spanish. Studying the language, culture, and architecture of Spain has grown to be one of the designers true passions. Erin now practices as a licensed designer in the State of Texas (#10788) and a member of the American Society of Interior Designers. Early in her career, Erin gained considerable experience as Vice President of Design Operations for Astleford Interiors. Erin thrives on seeing the carefully planned and executed bones of a home come to life with perfectly appointed treatments and furnishings. Erin also believes in being an active and contributing member of her community. Her involvement with the Dallas Museum of Art, The Junior League of Dallas, Baylor Women's Council, Dallas Architecture Forum, Park Cities Preservation Society, The Council for Life, and Watermark Church has given her many capacities in which to serve.

Kathleen Bartholomew

Lead Design Associate

Kathleen Bartholomew was fortunate to grow up in a family that always made traveling a top priority. Somewhere in the midst of touring German cathedrals with her grandmother and homes with her parents back in Texas, she became completely enamored with architecture. She attended Clemson University where she received her Bachelors in Architecture while minoring in Non Profit Leadership. Kathleen interned with Preservation Dallas during undergraduate which helped to foster an understanding of Dallas as a city and develop a deep appreciation for all styles of residential design. Following undergraduate, Kathleen began work on her Masters of Architecture at the Savannah College of Art and Design. Here she worked on her thesis which focused on reconditioning historic buildings for modern use. After graduation, she moved back to Dallas and began her career with Erin Sander Design.

Laura Taylor

Design Associate

Laura Taylor studied at UL Lafayette School of Architecture and Design and was involved in a diverse range of projects. Integrating culture with design, Laura studied the wetlands and preservation of the Louisiana coastline, and variety of sustainability projects including the collegiate competition for the U.S. Department of Energy's Solar Decathlon. After graduating with a Bachelor's in Interior Design, Laura moved to Dallas working for David W. Gilbert & Associates, a to-the-trade showroom in the Dallas Design District. Partnering with major furniture suppliers, she was the buyer and visual coordinator, as well as sales associate. Dedicated to helping individuals and businesses create beautiful interiors, her experience and passion for design helped her service clients for a wide variety of design needs, including custom furniture, lighting and fabric selections.

With our focus on Luxury Residential Construction we guide you through the process of refining architectural plans, bringing each space to life through detailed elevation drawings, and selecting all finishes to complete the design. Throughout the process we are there to ensure each element is implemented as planned and no detail is overlooked.

As your space begins to take shape, furniture layouts and selection of interior art, accessories, furnishings, window treatments and rugs will be made and scheduled to install with the completion of your home.
